        We, 2270A, are very endeavoring when it comes to performing our outstanding, optimum and unsurpassed best. We are conspicuous implementing essential and crucial goals, in order to acquire a concise and unambiguous purpose and vision of the team. Each team member, has a unique, critical and determining

role that structures us an efficacious team. At team meetings, we classify and distribute our roles in two kinds: task roles and maintenance roles. Team members in task roles, stipulate the efficiency and knowledge to get the assignment accomplished. Team members in maintenance roles, facilitate to enact and perpetuate interpersonal relationships among team members.

            Each team member, unconsciously, develop their imperative roles. We also preserve an unhindered and coherent communication, to sustain a high utilitarian and extraordinary team. To avert dilemmas, we uphold the cogency of communication between team members. We implement the emphasis of substantial and vigorous awareness, consideration, auditory, and perception skills.

           We utilize an adequate mechanism called consensus, which grants each and one of us an equivalent and proportionate participation in decision-making. When a decision to be made emerges, we evaluate and dissect the advantages and disadvantages of it. Apprising this, we acknowledge an equitable participation of team members in the various distinctive tasks of constructing our robot for the annual Vex Robotics Competition.

           We take into consideration and cogitation each of our team member’s creativity and perceptions. We desire to realize a comfortable and convenient atmosphere for each of our members. This endorses each of our team members to feel comfortable with each other and yielding them the aptitude to not feel apprehensive to take risks. In addition to accomplishing a comfortable and convenient atmosphere, it endorses us to express ingenuity and to share laughter. In a long period of time, we’ve attained the capability of developing a mutual reliance between team members with continuous approachability, acceptance, dependability and veracity. From the beginning, we all perceived that combining the skills of each one of us, produces entity that could not be devised with just one mind.

          Each team member’s asset is utilized. The asset of each one of us, provides us a technique of accomplishing vital goals. Each team member’s feedback is given and received advantageously. In addition to decision-making, the method of consensus is also utilized to evaluate each one’s feedback.

           Valuing diversity in a team is fundamental. A diversity of logic, idea developing, problem solving and experiences avail to develop a productive and auto sufficient team. Even though our companionability and fellowship helps us to circumvent dilemmas, in everything there is conflicts, its realism.

           Handling and managing conflicts assists us, to advance and flourish as a team, as a family. We do not avoid or overlook any conflicts emerged in the team. When presented a conflict, we organize a dynamic to unravel the conflict. Solving a problem, grants us the aptitude to acquire unique ways to communicate disparity and seek common goals, it allows us to look at

all perspectives, enhances our ingenuity, the quality of decisions will enhance, because through divergence, our team will strive for elucidations that meet everyone’s objectives, it will allow team members to deliberate emotions, and it upsurge participation from team members because they will feel comfortable disagreeing. In conclusion, among of the characteristics our team has, it differentiates us from the rest, as a team ambitioned, optimum, creative, trustworthy, approachable, motivated, ethical, polite, confident, bright, mature, enthusiastic, innovative, collaborative, passionate, and after all, keeping in mind sportsmanship.
